Eligibility/Qualification

  • MSc degree in (analytical) chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics (e.g., DDA, DIA, PRM)
  • Experience with proteomic data analysis
  • Computer literacy and basic programming skills (R, Python) or willingness to develop these skills
  • Analytical mindset and interest in proteomic methodologies

Description

The successful candidate will join a project utilizing state-of-the-art mass spectrometry to study cellular dynamics using primary cells, cell lines, and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models. This position offers access to cutting-edge technology and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on advancing our understanding of myeloid leukemia.
