Job Description:
The PhD candidate will engage in rigorous research aimed at advancing the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals through interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge translation. Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting qualitative and/or mixed-methods research.
- Collecting and analyzing data related to employee retention and moral injury.
- Engaging with stakeholders and contributing to research translation efforts.
- Participating in grant writing and publication efforts.
