Research Area
The research focuses on identifying novel drug targets for Eumycetoma, a tropical neglected infectious disease. Scholarship Description
This PhD position is part of the mycetoma group at the Department of Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (MMID) at Erasmus MC. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a supervisor and co-supervisor, with weekly progress meetings. Opportunities for international exchange visits and presentations at international conferences are part of the program. The role contributes to a large international consortium dedicated to improving mycetoma treatment.
