Job Description

The PhD project aims to:

  • Investigate the role of IgLON5 as a synaptic protein using super-resolution microscopy, binding assays, and single-particle tracking.
  • Determine IgLON5’s synaptic relevance, confirm interactions with binding partners, and analyze its dynamics in neuronal cultures, particularly focusing on cytoskeletal disruptions induced by IgLON5 antibodies.
