Eligibility/Qualification

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.

Job Description

As a PhD student, you will:

  • Assist in the chemical vapor deposition growth experiments of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide crystals and related 2D hybrid materials and heterostructures.
  • Support collaborations with research groups such as the Lemme group at RWTH Aachen.
  • Participate in a structured educational program through the TRR’s Graduate School and TU Dresden’s Graduate Academy while maintaining flexible working hours.
