Description
This research position will delve into fundamental research on the differentiation of γδ T cells, a unique subtype of lymphocytes, using modern methods such as CRISPR/Cas9, flow cytometry, and in vitro organoid cultures. The PhD student will engage in multimodal single-cell data analysis and spatial transcriptomics. This project is part of a larger collaboration with the lab of David Vermijlen, focusing on prenatal γδ T cell development and effector programming.
