Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s or Diplom degree in Biology or Zoology
- Preferable experience in working with insects
- Prior experience with molecular biological methods
- Proficiency in statistics, preferably using R
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Bioinformatics skills are an advantage
Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Collect and analyze data from experiments involving various insect species
- Prepare manuscripts for publication
- Participate in the teaching duties of the Animal Ecology group
- Assist in organizing administrative and teaching tasks within the group
- Pursue their own academic qualifications through a doctoral degree
