PhD Student Position in Development of Stable Interfaces for Na Solid State Batteries

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree in inorganic/physical chemistry, materials science, or related field.
- Background in batteries and electrochemistry is a plus.
- Motivated to work at the intersection of Na-ion batteries and solid-state batteries.
- Strong academic record and research potential.
- Open-minded and free-thinking individuals encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
- Synthesis and characterization (structural, electronic, electrochemical) of novel solid-state electrolyte materials.
- Focus on materials with high Na conductivity and compatibility with cathodes and anodes.
- Utilize inorganic synthesis, ab initio simulations, and advanced characterization tools.
- Collaborate with group members and external partners for comprehensive research.
