Job Description: The PhD student will be involved in improving current D-serine and glycine indicators, optimizing their structure, fluorophores, and membrane targeting. The project aims to visualize extracellular dynamics of D-serine and glycine in the hippocampus using advanced optical and electrophysiological methods. The position is available from May 1, 2024, and the contract initially runs for three years.
Tasks:
- Optimize D-serine and glycine indicators
- Visualize extracellular dynamics in the hippocampus
