Eligibility / Qualification
Education
- MASc/MSc in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering/Science, or related fields
- Background in electrochemistry, materials characterization, or nanomaterials
Research Experience
- Work in functional materials is preferred
- Knowledge of Li-ion battery materials is an advantage
- Publications in reputable journals strengthen the application
Technical Skills
- Experience with techniques like cyclic voltammetry, EIS, XPS, XRD, SEM
- Hands-on exposure to electrode synthesis, Li-ion batteries, or flow-battery fabrication
Other Skills
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills for technical and general audiences
