Eligibility/Qualification

  • Academic Excellence: A minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, or a Master’s degree (preferably with Merit or above). Consideration may be given to those with 2:2 degrees accompanied by relevant work experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Appropriate IELTS score if applicable.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to full-time or part-time, campus-based study.
  • Residency Requirements: Home applicants must meet specific criteria (UK National, settled/pre-settled status, or indefinite leave to remain). International students are also welcome to apply.

Job Description

The selected PhD candidates will engage in pioneering research projects addressing critical issues in energy systems. Responsibilities include:
