Job Description
You will:
- Investigate Directed Self-Assembly (DSA) of block copolymers on pre-patterned 3D topographies.
- Utilize imec’s state-of-the-art EUV and photolithography tools for nanofabrication.
- Perform simulations for pattern registration on vertical surfaces.
- Design and validate experimental strategies for chemo- and graphoepitaxy.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate findings into device-level applications.
- Present research findings at conferences and internal meetings.
