Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in neuronal cell biology/physiology or related disciplines
  • Proven experience in neurobiological research
  • Experience in iPSC technologies for neuronal applications
  • Familiarity with cellular 3D systems, RNA/protein expression analysis, confocal microscopy, and mitochondrial function assessment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Track record in publication and scientific outreach

Job Description:

  • Establish and characterize human iPSC-derived cell models for neurological diseases, including 3D cultures and organoids
  • Conduct cell-culture, biochemical, molecular, and functional assays
  • Perform confocal imaging
  • Analyze data, conduct statistics, interpret results
  • Supervise students
  • Prepare presentations, manuscripts, and grant applications
