Post Doctoral Associate: The Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a highly motivated Post Doctoral Associate to work in the Toosizadeh Lab within the Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Sciences. This position focuses on translational projects at the intersection of biomechanics, exergaming, and mobile health technologies.

Eligibility/Qualification
- Minimum Education and Experience: PhD in biomechanics, kinesiology, biomedical engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
- Required Skills: Experience with motion analysis, wearable sensors, or signal processing; proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or Java/Kotlin (for Android).
- Preferred Qualifications: Background in game development, UX/UI design, or mobile app development is a plus.
Job Description
The Post Doctoral Associate will:
- Conduct research in aging, balance, fall rehabilitation, app development, and biomechanics.
- Lead independent research projects and collaborate with clinical teams.
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
- Publish peer-reviewed journal articles and present research at national/international conferences.
- Engage in data post-processing and programming.
Salary Range: $20,000 – $200,000 (final offer based on qualifications and experience).
