Summary:
The Khokhani Lab at the University of Minnesota is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to investigate cross-kingdom interactions between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and hyphosphere bacteria in maize. The project aims to understand how fungal hyphal exudates recruit beneficial bacterial partners and their influence on mycorrhization and nutrient acquisition under varying nutrient conditions.
