Post-Doctoral Associate in Chemistry: The Amatov Laboratory at New York University Abu Dhabi is seeking a Post-Doctoral Associate in Chemistry to work on innovative projects at the intersection of organic synthesis, catalysis, and chemical biology.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Must hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline or be nearing completion before the start date of February 1, 2025
- Strong background in synthetic organic chemistry
- Research experience in catalysis, methodology, natural product total synthesis, or nucleic acid chemistry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Job Description:
- Develop new catalysts and catalytic transformations for natural product synthesis and medicinal chemistry (Project 1)
- Explore DNA-programmed chemistry for applications in catalysis and chemical biology (Project 2)
