Eligibility/Qualification:
- Doctorate degree in bioinformatics or a related field.
- Understanding of basic concepts of immunology.
- Significant experience in single-cell RNAseq analysis pipelines.
- Excellent communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in proteomic/metabolomic analysis pipelines preferred.
- Familiarity with multi omic integration strategies.
- Understanding of B cell biology and de novo immune response mechanisms.
- Experience with Machine Learning or willingness to learn on the job.
- Proficiency in programming.
- Experience with cloud computing (e.g., AWS) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is advantageous.
Job Description: As a Post Doctoral Fellow, you will:
- Serve as the bioinformatics lead on a collaborative project focused on characterizing induced immune responses in an in vitro immunogenicity model.
- Perform analysis of scRNAseq and proteomics data.
- Conduct rational multi omic integration of resulting data.
- Generate training sets for Machine Learning using relevant data.
- Play a key role in data collection, model training, and deployment for property prediction.
- Receive personalized training in relevant areas of Machine Learning or immunology, as needed.
