Job Description:
The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and publish data on carbon balances of drained peat soils using eddy covariance techniques.
- Investigate the relationship between water table dynamics and greenhouse gas emissions.
- Collaborate with modeling teams to enhance predictions of CO2 emissions from drained peat soils.
- Contribute modestly to project administration and teaching activities.
- Transition towards independent research work supported by a collaborative team environment.
