Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. with experience in fracture mechanics testing, microscopy, and in-situ testing.

- Proficiency in the preparation of research project proposals, execution of research projects, and project budget and schedule management.

Job Description:
Post-Doctoral Fellow in Micro Fracture Mechanics of Interfaces
The Post-Doctoral Fellow will be responsible for:
- Developing innovative in-situ testing facilities for characterizing interfaces in non-conventional configurations.
- Contributing to the development of new interphase concepts for challenging configurations in energy applications.
- Leading the development of a unique experimental platform for in-situ characterization under environmental loading of laminated structures.
- Planning and executing research tasks, analyzing data, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, and presenting research at scientific conferences.
- Potentially participating in the development of patent applications.
