Location: Center for European Studies and Comparative Politics, Sciences Po, Paris, France

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Political and Social Sciences, with a focus on Urban Policy Analysis or Urban Planning
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of energy, housing, and nature-based solutions (NBS)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Job Description:

  • Develop a personal research program on the effects of Environmental and Energy Policies (EEPs) on housing inequalities
  • Prepare introductory documents, national case studies, and comparative reports with the support of the CEE’s team
  • Conduct analysis of literature, legal documents, regulations, and policy assessments
  • Collaborate with international partners and EU commission, plan research outputs, and manage project implementation
  • Participate in academic events, seminars, and outreach programs
