Research Area:

Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, or genetics of bacteriophages/bacteria.
- Proficiency in molecular biology, bacteriology, omics, or biochemistry.
- Ability to formulate and test hypotheses experimentally.
- Up-to-date knowledge of scientific and methodological literature in the field of research.
- Proficiency in oral and written English (level C2).
Job Description:
The Post-Doctoral Researcher will be responsible for:
- Conducting research using molecular biology techniques such as cloning, construction of recombinant viruses, ChIP-Seq, NGS data analysis, and transcriptomics.
- Utilizing biochemistry skills for the purification and characterization of proteins and protein-DNA complexes, as well as bacterial cell imaging approaches.
- Maintaining an up-to-date register of research work and experimental data following the regulations of the Institute and ANR, and carrying out data analysis.
- Writing and presenting research results in English.
- Staying updated on scientific and methodological literature in the research field.
