POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH POSITION IN THE MATERIALS FOR QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LAB OF THE NANOPHYSICS LAB GROUP
The selected candidate will work on the experimental investigation of magnetic 2D materials and heterostructures ferromagnet/superconductor in the Materials for Quantum Technologies Lab. The focus will be on studying a new class of 2D materials, magnetic semiconductors 2D Transition Metal di-Halides (TMH2), exploring their growth, morphology, and electronic/magnetic properties using ultra-high vacuum techniques (STM, LEED, XPS). The project aims to implement these materials in devices for various applications.
