Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD or equivalent degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or closely related disciplines
- Experience in structural characterization of polymers, with a focus on polymer crystallization
- Hands-on experience with techniques such as WAXS, DSC, and familiarity with various synchrotron radiation techniques
- Capable of working independently in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Job Description: The postdoctoral researcher will work on establishing structure-properties interrelationships in semiconducting polymers. The primary experimental methods include ultrafast scanning calorimetry, synchrotron radiation techniques (GIWAXS, GISAXS, R-SoXS), light spectroscopies, AFM, TEM, and organic solar cell fabrication and characterization. The position offers a 2-year contract, starting in the first half of 2024.
