Eligibility/Qualification

Essential

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (e.g., genetics, biology, medicine, bioinformatics)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in R or Python
  • Basic familiarity with Linux
  • Basic understanding of biology (DNA, RNA, proteins)
  • Strong teamwork and independent working ability
  • For MSc/PhD: cGPA ≥ 3.2 (preferably ≥ 3.5)

Desirable but Not Required

  • Peer-reviewed publication
  • Experience in genetic epidemiology, bioinformatics, or biostatistics
  • Experience with high-performance computing

Job Description

Candidates will:

  • Lead and publish projects in line with the lab’s research interests.
  • Collaborate with lab and national/international team members.
  • Stay updated on relevant studies and discuss methods with the PI.
  • Present research at conferences.
  • Participate in lab meetings, journal clubs, and lab events.
  • Work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
