Eligibility/Qualification
Essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (e.g., genetics, biology, medicine, bioinformatics)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in R or Python
- Basic familiarity with Linux
- Basic understanding of biology (DNA, RNA, proteins)
- Strong teamwork and independent working ability
- For MSc/PhD: cGPA ≥ 3.2 (preferably ≥ 3.5)
Desirable but Not Required
- Peer-reviewed publication
- Experience in genetic epidemiology, bioinformatics, or biostatistics
- Experience with high-performance computing
Job Description
Candidates will:
- Lead and publish projects in line with the lab’s research interests.
- Collaborate with lab and national/international team members.
- Stay updated on relevant studies and discuss methods with the PI.
- Present research at conferences.
- Participate in lab meetings, journal clubs, and lab events.
- Work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
