Job Description:

The successful candidates will conduct research focusing on:

  • Management of ongoing agricultural field experiments.
  • Designing and executing hypothesis-driven studies on soil health and microbial ecology.
  • Operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, including carbon and nitrogen analyzers and gas chromatographs.
  • Publishing peer-reviewed research articles.
  • Mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in research projects.
  • Contributing to grant proposal preparations and outreach events.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ph.D. in a related field.
  • Experience in overseeing field experiments and data collection.
  • Strong background in publishing peer-reviewed research.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.

Preferred:

  • One year of post-Ph.D. research experience.
  • Formal training in data analysis and modeling.
  • Expertise in carbon and nitrogen isotope biogeochemistry.
