Job Description:

Post-Doctoral Research Fellow – Nutrient Recovery from Subsurface Agricultural Drains (NUTRECS)

As a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow on the NUTRECS project, you will be part of an interdisciplinary research team at Trinity College Dublin. The project aims to explore and develop technologies for nutrient capture and recovery from subsurface drainage networks, addressing the often-overlooked issue of rural water management systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research on nutrient recovery from subsurface agricultural drains
  • Collaborating closely with other researchers within the research group
  • Working approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with the possibility of out-of-hours work as needed
