- Cultivate and differentiate mice and human mast cells from various sources
- Perform activation and desensitization experiments
- Analyze proteins, phosphoproteins, RNA, and cellular localization using confocal microscopy
- Work with single cell RNA and CRISPR gene editing techniques
- Collaborate with team members on experimental design and data interpretation
