Job Description:
- Objective: Develop mechanistic mathematical models from patient-derived organoid data to propose novel drug combinations for pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS).
- Data: Molecular data from patient biopsies and RMS-organoids, including DNAseq, bulk RNAseq, scRNA-seq, and more.
- Methods: Utilize existing tools like CARDAMOM and mixed-effects modeling for analyzing resistance to treatments.
- Activities: Literature review, data analysis and modeling, software development, writing publications, engaging with biological and clinical partners.
