Location: International Centre for Genetic Engineering (ICGEB), Italy
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Degree in Biology or related scientific fields
- Hands-on experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques
- Fluent spoken and written English (Italian and Slovenian are a plus)
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and proficient in interacting with clinicians and industry collaborators
- Previous experience in primary cell use and biological therapies for cardiovascular diseases is an asset
Job Description:
- Conduct research on developing cell therapy products for treating non-healing wounds
- Collaborate with academic institutions, hospitals, and biomedical industries across Italy and Slovenia
- Contribute to an open platform guiding researchers on compliance with local and international regulations in cell therapy
