Eligibility / Qualification
- Ph.D. in Civil or Chemical Engineering (degree must be awarded).

- Minimum two SCI/SCIE journal publications as the first or corresponding author preferred.
Job Description
The Post Doctoral Researcher will:
- Conduct independent research on cementitious materials chemistry.
- Develop and execute experimental plans to investigate cement-based materials’ performance and durability.
- Innovate and optimize chemical admixtures to enhance cementitious material properties.
- Analyze experimental data using advanced techniques and contribute to research projects.
- Publish in Q1/Q2 SCI/SCIE journals (minimum 2 publications required, incentives for more).
- Mentor graduate students in experiments and manuscript preparation.
- Present research at international conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage research project progress and ensure milestones are met.
