The “Hot Snow” project focuses on understanding the impact of climate change on the tourism and winter sports industry, particularly in the alpine area of Trentino Region (Italy). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting qualitative research, collaborating on scientific papers, and contributing to grant applications.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Management or Social Sciences (before contract start)
- Age not exceeding 35 on the application submission date
- Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel independently to the Trentino alpine region for interviews
Preferential Requirements:
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods
- Experience in national and international research projects
- Knowledge or engagement in climate change, winter sports, or environmental movements
- Publication record in top management or social sciences journals
Job Description: The Post-Doc responsibilities include:
- Conducting qualitative data collection with market and non-market stakeholders
- Producing a managerial report for Fondazione CARITRO
- Collaborating on scientific papers and project applications
- Developing dissemination activities
- Collaborating with senior scientists on various aspects of the project
