Job Description
The postdoctoral fellow will contribute to projects focused on the characterization of new microtubule-modifying enzymes. The role involves a variety of activities in biochemistry and molecular biology:
- Biochemical techniques (western blots, protein purification, enzyme assays).
- Molecular biology techniques (qPCR, cloning, mutagenesis).
- Cell culture (mammalian cells and insect cells, e.g., SF9).
Eligibility/Qualification
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in protein expression and purification techniques.
- Proficiency in HPLC.
- Strong knowledge of cell biology and cytoskeleton.
- Experience drafting and executing experimental protocols.
