Job Description

The postdoctoral fellow will contribute to projects focused on the characterization of new microtubule-modifying enzymes. The role involves a variety of activities in biochemistry and molecular biology:

  • Biochemical techniques (western blots, protein purification, enzyme assays).
  • Molecular biology techniques (qPCR, cloning, mutagenesis).
  • Cell culture (mammalian cells and insect cells, e.g., SF9).

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in protein expression and purification techniques.
  • Proficiency in HPLC.
  • Strong knowledge of cell biology and cytoskeleton.
  • Experience drafting and executing experimental protocols.
  • Strong organizational and traceability skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • English proficiency at B1 level.
