Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, or related field.
- Strong background in molecular cloning and wet-lab experience.
- Affinity for biochemistry, immunology, and molecular biology.
- Previous experience in protein engineering, data analysis, and T cell biology is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Job Description:
- Develop a method to test interactions between antigens and TCRs using a genetic library to produce barcoded recombinant MHC class I molecules.
- Study antigen recognition by T cells and their TCRs using single-cell sequencing.
- Collaborate with team members, supervise students, present scientific results, and contribute to grant writing and publications.

Compensation:
- Gross salary per month: €4.324 to €4.842 (FWG 55 scale), depending on experience.
