Postdoc in Bioinformatician : Join the CIAF team and contribute to characterizing the spatiotemporal cellular dynamics of our pediatric patient cohort using high-resolution profiling technologies alongside detailed clinical metadata. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Bioinformatician to join the CTAP team. Funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, this role involves conducting detailed analyses of spatial and single-cell Omics data, developing novel computational methodologies, and contributing to manuscript publications in high-profile journals.

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Immunology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related computational subject
  • Experience in analyzing spatial transcriptomics data and single-cell RNA-seq data
  • Proficiency in a high-level programming language (Python, R)
  • Strong publication record in high-quality peer-reviewed journals
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
