Job Description
- Design and develop a modular high throughput sample environment for chemical hydrogen storage investigations under realistic conditions.
- Optimize and test the sample environment for reactors in serial production for operando studies.
- Conduct operando investigations of catalyst structures using high energy X-ray methods (scattering, spectroscopy, imaging) at in-house and synchrotron beamlines.
- Investigate relationships between catalyst structure, morphology, and performance (reactivity, selectivity, efficiency) under realistic long-term deployment conditions.
- Coordinate and execute synchrotron beam times and collaborate with other groups within INW.
- Present research results at international conferences and contribute to scientific publications and project reports.
- Supervise PhD and other students, support in establishing the institute, and assist in writing grants for third-party funding.
