Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, biology, computer science, or related discipline
  • Strong computational skills, including mathematical modeling and network science
  • Record of first-author publications in a relevant field
  • Fluency in English is required

Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

  • Participate in a European consortium aiming to improve the understanding of Leigh syndrome.
  • Utilize multi-omics data to develop network models for both disease and potential treatments using cannabidiol (CBD) and sildenafil.
  • Conduct data harmonization, multi-omics integration, and network-based model development.
  • Analyze these networks to elucidate mechanisms of action and identify disease-related pathways for future targeting.
