- A (nearly) completed PhD in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in immunological research, preferably in rheumatology.
- Experience with analyzing omics data (e.g., epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics).
- Affinity for computational biology and data-driven research.
- Effective communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Job Description:
As a postdoc within the Department of Rheumatology and the Leiden Computational Biology Center, you will:
- Conduct integrated analyses on epigenetic, genetic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets.
- Interpret and report findings for scientific publications.
- Strengthen the connection between molecular data and clinical insights from the TREAT EARLIER trial.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical researchers and data scientists.
- Contribute to future analyses that integrate imaging data.
