Job Description
The successful candidate will focus on the following responsibilities:
- Optimize data collection parameters for automated analysis pipelines.
- Develop, optimize, and implement AI/ML workflows for enhanced quantitative analysis of lipid nanoparticles.
- Validate analyses using physicochemical approaches.
- Collaborate closely with PhD and Postdoc projects in the Barriga Lab and with M. Carroni at the Cryo EM facility SciLifeLab.
- Participate in teaching, supervision, and collaborative project contributions, including grant writing.
