Postdoc in Drug Design and Pharmacology, University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark

The University of Copenhagen has four campus areas. As distances in Copenhagen are relatively small, it is easy to get from one campus to the other either by bicycle or public transportation. The campus areas are integrated into the city of Copenhagen and students use the facilities available in the city, adding a lively buzz to the streets and cafés of Copenhagen.

Postdoc in Drug Design: The Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic postdoctoral researcher for a 2-year position (with chance of extension) starting from 1 October 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter. The selected candidate will contribute to a project focused on understanding glutamine transport mechanisms mediated by lysosomal sodium-coupled neutral amino acid transporters. The project involves an integrative approach of cryo-electron microscopy, cell-based, and in vitro studies.
