Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in agricultural, biological, plant, or environmental sciences.
- Experience in phenotyping, molecular analysis, and quantitative genetics.

- Fluency in English (B1-B2), Spanish, and working proficiency in Italian (B2 recommended).
Job Description
As a postdoctoral researcher, the primary responsibilities will include:
- Integrating multi-source datasets (remote sensing, phenotyping, genetic markers) into a unified analytical framework.
- Conducting field scouting to identify plant stress symptoms and coordinating sampling activities.
- Supporting UAV hyperspectral and thermal field campaigns.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to scientific publications.
