Eligibility/Qualification:
- Mandatory:
- A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree by the employment decision date.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferred:
- Research experience in battery tests, machine learning, data-driven optimization, and robust control.
Description:
This postdoctoral role involves:
- Conducting research on fast charging of lithium-ion cells through testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
- Identifying optimal charging parameters for battery longevity.
- Collaboration with industry partners like Uppsala University, Volvo Trucks, ABB, and Husqvarna.
- Publishing scientific articles and potentially supervising master’s and/or PhD students.
