Job Description
The selected postdoc will primarily conduct research under the supervision of Prof. Simone Fabiano at the Organic Nanoelectronics group. The responsibilities include:
- Investigating new strategies for chemical doping to control the electronic properties of organic semiconductors.
- Working with advanced characterization methods to analyze molecular interactions, ions, and charge transfer processes.
- Developing and optimizing doping protocols for conjugated polymers and other organic semiconductors.
- Correlating materials chemistry and microstructure with electronic performance.
- Implementing novel materials and processes into functional organic electronic devices.
- Participating in teaching (up to 20% of working hours) and contributing to student supervision and collaboration with national and international partners.
