Job Description

The selected postdoc will primarily conduct research under the supervision of Prof. Simone Fabiano at the Organic Nanoelectronics group. The responsibilities include:

  • Investigating new strategies for chemical doping to control the electronic properties of organic semiconductors.
  • Working with advanced characterization methods to analyze molecular interactions, ions, and charge transfer processes.
  • Developing and optimizing doping protocols for conjugated polymers and other organic semiconductors.
  • Correlating materials chemistry and microstructure with electronic performance.
  • Implementing novel materials and processes into functional organic electronic devices.
  • Participating in teaching (up to 20% of working hours) and contributing to student supervision and collaboration with national and international partners.
