Job Description
The project will focus on developing biophysical models to explore mechanisms organizing the genome in space and time, particularly in the context of:
- Cohesin-associated loop extrusion
- Phase-separation during DNA repair
The candidate will:
- Develop physical models and efficient simulation schemes.
- Create statistical tools for data analysis.
- Collaborate with experimental biology groups focused on pediatric brain cancers.
