Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description

The project will focus on developing biophysical models to explore mechanisms organizing the genome in space and time, particularly in the context of:

  • Cohesin-associated loop extrusion
  • Phase-separation during DNA repair

The candidate will:

  • Develop physical models and efficient simulation schemes.
  • Create statistical tools for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with experimental biology groups focused on pediatric brain cancers.
