Job Description

  • Prepare biological samples for mass spectrometry analyses.
  • Analyze mass spectrometry data and optimize casein post-translational modifications (PTMs).
  • Collaborate with biochemists and microbiologists within the Casein Mission consortium.
  • Contribute to writing peer-reviewed papers and grant applications.
  • Supervise MSc students and participate in undergraduate courses, if interested.
