Job Description
- Prepare biological samples for mass spectrometry analyses.
- Analyze mass spectrometry data and optimize casein post-translational modifications (PTMs).
- Collaborate with biochemists and microbiologists within the Casein Mission consortium.
- Contribute to writing peer-reviewed papers and grant applications.
- Supervise MSc students and participate in undergraduate courses, if interested.
