- Ph.D. in physics, quantum information science, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in experimental quantum optics
- Strong theoretical understanding of quantum information
- Experience in designing and characterizing photonic integrated circuits
- Proficiency in programming and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills in English
Job Description:
- Realize a sub-universal continuous variable quantum computing platform by creating a large temporally encoded cluster state on-chip using squeezed light.
- Induce transformations on the resource state through homodyne measurements.
- Demonstrate sub-universal quantum sampling algorithms towards achieving quantum advantage.
- Develop, operate, and maintain an experimental setup for photonic quantum computing.
- Acquire, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication and present research findings at conferences and workshops.
- Collaborate with researchers from other institutions to advance project goals.
