Eligibility/Qualification

  • A PhD degree in systems and control.
  • Strong background in nonlinear and hybrid dynamical systems, control, and optimization.
  • Experience in the energy domain is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (Matlab, Python) is expected.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Job Description

You will conduct research on proactive resilience strategies for energy systems within the Dynamics and Control section. This role entails developing resource-aware control algorithms that manage corrupted measurement data, communication constraints, and modeling uncertainties. The successful candidate will collaborate on the “ProRES” project and contribute to creating intelligent autonomous systems for future energy needs.
