Job Description:
As a Postdoc in Structural Bioinformatics, you will lead the development of a novel framework for cryo-EM analysis in collaboration with our research team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-performance software using machine learning for national super-computing infrastructure
- Integrating cryo-EM tools into the framework and exploring new functionalities
- Mentorship of doctoral students and contribution to ongoing research collaborations
