Linköping University is seeking a skilled and committed postdoc to conduct research in the field of thin film deposition, especially chemical vapor deposition of metals for interconnects in back-end-of-line technology. The postdoc will be employed in the Chemistry division at the Department of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Eligibility/Qualification: Applicants must have a doctoral degree in chemistry, physics, or materials science, with experience in thin film deposition. Experience in chemical vapor deposition or atomic layer deposition is a strong advantage, as is a PhD in sustainable production technology. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and possess excellent communication, collaboration, and initiative skills.
