Eligibility/Qualification: Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, population genetics, or similar. Experience in GWAS, heritability analysis, polygenic risk scores, statistics, or population genetic modeling is highly relevant.
Job Description: The successful applicant will lead and shape a two-year postdoc project, involving a GWAS on the X chromosome using iPSYCH autism cohorts. The project aims to analyze heritability partitioning by sex and candidate gene classes, providing new insights into the genetic basis of autism and its sex differences.
