Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Researcher at IEK-1, you will:
- Utilize and improve industrial synthesis processes for Na-based cathode materials
- Optimize production processes for yield and particle morphology
- Modify synthesis to enhance material performance through doping
- Produce and characterize model cells with various solid electrolytes (polymer, ceramic, hybrid)
- Optimize materials and cells for maximum performance in different designs
- Characterize materials and cells using advanced analytical methods (e.g., XRD, SEM, SIMS, OES, EIS)
- Gain comprehensive industry-relevant knowledge on battery system manufacturing
